Quiz Nights: Last Sunday of the month

Join us monthly on the final Sunday evening as we host a classic pub quiz. Think you’ve got what it takes to be the ultimate quiz champion? Join us for a fun-filled evening of delicious curry and brain-teasing trivia! Gather your team, enjoy some top-notch curry, and put your knowledge to the test. Curry from 6pm and quiz starts at 7pm. Teams of up to 6 people, £2 per person.

Film Nights

This autumn ‘Film Nights’ are back! Once again in collaboration with Trent Memorial Hall you can enjoy a pre-film meal with us at 6pm, then head over to the village hall to enjoy the monthly film. £25 for one course, a drink (house wine or beer) and your ticket, and £30 for main-and-dessert, drink and ticket. Tickets for just the film are also available on the door.

Brunch & Babies

Join us for a relaxed mid-morning get-together — perfect for parents, carers, and little ones alike. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, hot coffee, and a friendly atmosphere where everyone’s welcome (babies included, of course!).

Thai Tuesdays ~ Once Monthly Street Food Van at the Pub!

A Thai street food van will be joining us outside the pub for the evening, serving freshly cooked favourites full of flavour. On selected TUESDAYS!

Order from the van and enjoy your food inside the pub

Pizza Nights at the Pub – Piccolo Pizza Box

We’re excited to have the Piccolo Pizza Box horsebox joining us outside the pub every week, serving freshly made wood-fired pizzas — perfect with a pint or a glass of wine.

On Bank holiday Mondays 1pm – 6pm/or sell out

Just order from the horsebox and bring your pizza inside (or enjoy it outside if the weather’s nice!). No booking needed — simply turn up and enjoy.

Summer BBQs at the Pub

Join us for our Summer BBQ Fridays at the Rose & Crown — a relaxed evening of great food, live music, and a lovely village atmosphere. On the last Friday of each month, we’ll fire up the BBQ and bring a different theme to each event, with music and flavours to match.

These Braai days have become a bit of a summer tradition here in Trent, and they’re always a brilliant night — locals, friends, good food, and a few drinks in the garden if the weather’s kind.

No fuss, just turn up, grab some BBQ, and enjoy the day with us.
